Bad turn around time

Someone told me Sanlam had good investment solutions so I went on the Sanlam website today and requested a call back, I also went on the Old Mutual website within 2 minutes Old Mutual called me back, Sanlam called me after an hour and the person said he will escalate my request and and I will get a call back, but kept on asking me questions like I was taking the policy I had to insist on him getting me someone to call me back to explain the solutions and he said I will get a call within TAT 24 to 48 hours.

As much as Sanlam was recommended, I ended up taking the old mutual investment, the guy explained everything so clearly unlike the Sanlam guy who was signing me up before explaining anything, you guys are not serious.
