Bad services of Assupol life insurance

Poor service from Assupol life insurance I have submitted my claim last week Tuesday for my cousin who passed on till today i have n't not been paid to bury my cousin I have submitted all the documents they needed but still they are delaying the payment of my policy. I called the Assupol life insurance head office several times even now they are not willing to pay my funeral cover this Assupol life insurance is really treating me very bad as I need money to bury my beloved cousin Assupol life insurance is really BAD
