BAD SERVICE WITH ASSUPOL

In April i complaint about Assupol with their bad service since than they said they will get back to me since this day i am still waiting on the feedback regarding my late husband funeral cover but no response or anyone called me to give me the feedback

please advised from here what must i do because i really want to know what could be the delay or their response since they claim the provide best service but to be honest their service is very bad shame
