bad service ,no feedback

I requested forms for their funeral cover and received them, filled them in and sent them back but to this very day i have not heard anything from bad...imagine what happens when you actually have a claim, this is very disappointing given the fact that they were recommended by a friend of mine, I guess I'm glad they didn't respond.
