Bad service is an understatement

This Company is the worst....u wait ages for them to reply on any of your requests.....i sent them my dad's policy number ID number and the service Ref number but still no response....very quik to take people's money but when it's time to pay back they can't....julle is sleg stru 🤞🤞🤞
