BAD SERVICE FROM SANLAM TRUST
Since I requested Sanlam Trust to pay for my son school fees on the 10th of January 2024, until today the matter is not resolved and now I've received warning letter from school and is so frustrating whereby I know that the money is there but it's difficult for Sanlam to make the payment
And I was told to wait for 15 working days and those days has passed already and till today I'm still waiting, your service is very poor
