Bad service from Sanlam

The service from Sanlam is a ******* and unprofessional, we have had money invested for 3 children since 2009 and 2 of them are adults. The first and the second child received their money on their birth days because there is a termination form that we normally fill weeks before the day they turn 18 years and twice the money came in on their birth days but now we have the last child which turned 18 years old yesterday 17 June 2021 and no funds were released yet we filled the termination form weeks back and when we call in to find out why is the child not receiving his funds they tell us it takes over 30 days of which this is a first considering that with both first children the funds were released on the day they turned 18 years.
