Bad service from Sanlam

I have a problem with sanlam concerning their termination process, they says it takes 30 working days to finalize the process which is not true because I submitted my documents on the 4th of March today we are on 22 working days they have not even started working on it I called in yesterday they said it's not yet allocated to the administrator how are they going to finalize it within few remaining days, they don't care about us because after We reach 18 our allowance is stopped how do we survive

I will appreciate their help because when we submit documents they say its 10 to 15 days when you call after those day's they says takes 30 days after 30 days it will be onother story

I called the call centre today just to check how far is the process because they said it will be finalised early next week,the person who assisted me said this is termination they are still busy with it I am bit confused because today its Friday and when we speak about early next week it's between Monday and Tuesday so how it is going to be finalised early next week
