Bad service from Assupol Life

What a pathetic service I received from Assupol.I have a funeral cover with them and submitted a claim on Tuesday.I didn't receive any communication from anyone in claims department no update whatsoever.The only communication I have is their customer services with little help as they kept on telling me that they have taken the matter to claims department.I tried to even ask them to put me through their claims manager Magda with no success.

Why is such scrupulous insurance companies still exist.I am so disappointed and disgusted and we are busy with funeral arrangements and we are waiting for Assupol.
