Bad service from Assupol!

I am not happy with Assupol. Last year in May, opened a life cover with Assupol. In September, I went in to cancel the policy. I am still deducted for this policy to date. I went into one of their branches in Limpopo to enquire why I was still getting deducted for this policy and I was told they will sort it out and refund me for the premiums. I am still deducted for this policy and when I call I do not get any response. Assupol is really frustrating and good with false promises.
