Bad service from Assupol
Good day I have a challenge with assupol I went to the Soshanguve branch to go and open up a policy and I was given the wrong cover by Lucky Moropa when I went back and requested that I cancel the plan that he had given me, I was sent from pillar to post. Eventually when I signed the cancellation form they are now refusing to pay back my installments as per agreed. I'm not happy with their service and I requested immediate intervention.
