Bad Service

I am an Assupol life funeral cover policy holder, I submitted a claim yesterday but to my amu*****t I didn't receive acknowledgement of my and had to phone to follow up where I was told that my query will be forwarded to the claims department. I had to call again this morning to follow up again to be greeted by the same response of my query will be forwarded to the claims department. Only then I received acknowledgement but without a reference number. When you take a policy with insurance company you put your hopes on them they will be there in the time of need but I can say Assupol has disappointed me and compounded my sorrow. What is more frustrating is that there is no communication from Assupol now you don't even aware what is happening with your claim. I am really disappointed that they live to their promises but rather compounding your hardships. I hope no more people take up their policies for false advertising. Now I have to find other means of finding money to bury my loved one and make other arrangements.
