Bad service

I have claimed my emergency savings withdrawal on the 3rd already and still waiting om my money where as other people did their claim on the 5th and 6th and got payouts on the 9th and 10th already...my last update i received was on the 4th tax in progress and up until now ot still shows that..when you contact Sars they they they ddnt receive a claim from you yet..and of they did you money would be so long at sars and that i was suppose to receive my money long time...when you contact sanlam some of the consultants is rude and dont give you proper information and hang the up in youre ear..i just need amd update how far my money os when am o getting an update..what is taking so long...other people wait 3 to 4 days then their money is in their accounts
