Bad service

I had policies with Sanlam Indie when my policies were transferred to Sanlam, my life cover was cancelled without my instruction to do that. I have been quering with them since i found out that i do not have a life policy anymore only one policy is active. They have been promising to get back to me, until today i am still waiting, Instead their consultant wants me to take a new life cover even though i've mentioned that my life policy was cancelled without me knowing.
