Bad service ever

Hello Peter , on the 1st of November2022 I made a death claim I didn’t get the response until I called them today I was told the claim is being rejected because I registered my sister date of birth wrong of which it could be them cause when you apply they just need a date of birth not a copy of Identity and I didn’t receive the policy papers if the did give me the policy papers I was gonna see the mistake, and after noticing that the date of birth is wrong i made a affidavit they still tell me I’m rejected.please help Peter I want my money I paid all these years.
