Bad Service delivery

I have taken out a funeral policy with Assupol. I am trying to cancel this policy but cannot reach them in any way. The agent who sold me this policy doesn't communicate back with me regarding canceling the policy not via WhatsApp , email or phone call.

I've sent emails and even try phoning but no response.

This is really bad because what will happen when you try to reach them in case of a death? They are taking their payments every month but can't pick up the phone when you call or email them. I would definitely not recommend Assupol to anyone.
