Bad service

I have two investments policies with Sanlam and I wish to terminate due to financial reasons. I have send all the necessary documents to Sanlam inorder to withdraw, last week Monday on the 22nd and I have been making enquires regarding my request but am not being assisted. According to Sanlam a withdrawal request takes about five to seven working day but they are indicating to me that they are on time.please be aware of the company
