Early Retiral was submitted 21/10/2021. Sanlam was supposed to finalize the request on 11/11/2021. On the 12th we enquire on the proof of payment. On the 16th we received an e-mail that Tax clearance only been requested then. On the 22nd we received an e-mail there is an IT problem they can't do the payment, finalize date is now 03/12/2021.
