Bad service

struggling to cancel policy no respond from them despite of several emails Sent. I sent 1st email November 2025 requesting for form as I am unable to go in their center due to work. December late form was sent. 2nd week January forms were completed and sent back to them. No email of acknowledgement that forms came through. sent 2nd email and 3rd no January is deducted,February too is deducted and surely March will be deducted too.
