Bad service but thanks to Jennifer

Service is bad!! I have calling for the past 3days with no luck only this morning my call is responded too and whoever the switchboard lady is didn't even hear what my query is about she just hanged up on me. Thanks to Jennifer who gave me excellent service was patient with me but lady who transferred me to Jennifer is the worst she can actually do better next hope she doesn't continue offering bad service
