Bad service

I have been trying to get hold of you since the 1st on *** with no luck, it either rings non stop or just goes quite, I have sent an email as well. The option to leave your number is not working. My premuims have increased twice in a space of 2 months. I am not happy with the fact that I cannot speak to anyone and no one communicated anything to me.
