Bad service
Hi on Monday the 03/10/22 I emailed a death claim to Assupol on 5th I called in after I received an email with a reference number stating I get a response in 48 hours from then I still had no response from Assupol I called in today the agents take forever to answer and the lines are so bad that you can't hear the other person worst my claim is still not registered and nobody knows why I don't know what to do
