Bad service Assupol never again

I had a funeral policy by Assupol after claiming on the Wednesday my cousin was berried the same sat no pay out when I called them everyday I got the same answer your claim have been approved you will be pay out today then they put me tru to there claims department for days I with hang on line for more then 4 hours they have bad service as for taking my policy money for years I won't advice anyone to take out a policy by them my other cousin is still waiting for them everyday it's a new story it have been 3 full weeks still no payment I'm sorry I'm taking them to the ombidsman
