Bad Service and No Refund as yet

<p>Please assist us in getting our Refund From Sanlam Boksburg, my wife app**** for a loan end August 2016 she was Approved for a loan and was advise to pay in R3950.00 for lawyers fees which we did, she was then Advised to pay a futher R6000.00 which we did not ahve and was advised that they cannot proceed so was asked them to refind on R3700.00 we were advised it will take 3 days after receiving it in writing which we did on the 06/09/2016 @ 10:24 to this date we have not received our money, When ever we call the lady Lena that was assisting us drops the call and then ignores our calls, her number is ********** 685, now she does not even take our calls, now she claims that we must pay a R2000.00 cancelation fee, they was not put on the contract, please assist us in getting our R3700.00 back, this woman and her bad service is giving a Huge company like Sanlam a bad name. She is just Rude and a horrible human. </p>
