Bad service and exscuses

I am not happy I am struggle now with this from beginning of April 2025. This is not acceptable numerous phone calls and emails later and this is still not settle. Who is going to pay for the legal fees I had the procedure 5 months ago. I am a cancer patient on chemo daily, I fell and broke my toe badly due to chemo I am a diabetic now as well. Went to the GP was refer to a Orthopedic surgeon on the network and was refer to another surgeon due to very high risk with my cancer, chemo, high blood pressure, Diabetes and pressure on the brain due to chemo. This doctor charge more than medical scheme rates. Every time I phone I get told this is at the Claims department. I need answers A.S.A.P
