Bad service

For 8years i had funeral cover and life cover,last year i went to burgersfort branch to changed 1 policy which they wr taking money from the bank to switch to persal.the white guy i found thr messed up everything,he switched all my policys to debit,i went back to tell them to fix and they said they will switch back to persal and they neva did now my policys n life cover have lapsed,i went back they said they will reinstated them,but my life cover was not reinstated.the people at the branch instead of helping they told me to write a complaint to assupol, after 8 yrs this is how u treat ur clients.those ppl dont knw how to do thr jobs at that branch,poor service at its best.
