Bad service

I had a loan by Sanlam and was fully paid with an amount they supp**** me with and still they deducted the full instalment. I wrote them an email asking to reimburse my money but true to their service NO payment received yet. So that says it all about Sanlam and Sanlam you have my email and cell number so call me personaly if that it too much to ask ‼️‼️
