Bad service

I dont know how many times I had to phone assupol just to get up to date with my 1 payment that I fell behind with. Spoke to two people already and all they tell me is "we waiting for the finance department" I'm really ****ed off by this treatment that I'm on the verge of moving to another service provider. Really wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
