Bad service

We have a gap cover at Sanlam, they just do not come back to us from April. If you phone they put you on hold till your money is up. They can take the monthly instalment but can not sort out the claim. We are more than a year by them, how bad is this. The paperwork is by another department, and so they just carry on.

Well now they say it is a PMB Condition, but the broken toe is not a PMB. it is a broken toe, so the specialist asked 200% more than tariff, and now they want a letter from the medical aid, for a broken toe.
The specialist used the PMB code, and a broken toe is not a PMB condition.
Still, they refuse to pay the Specialist. our medical did paid for the rest but the short fall, of R5000 we must pay, because the Gap cover refuse because it is now a PMB condition, what a joke.
