Bad service

I am extremely disappointed with Sanlan Bellville for lack of professionalism and dismal service. My sister went to the branch on Monday to submit a funeral claim, however the manner the case was handled left a lot to be desired. To cut story short, the claim was not processed and she was not even given the correct doccumentation to complete. All this will have a negative impact on our plans for the funeral.
