Bad service

On the 19 July i sent part withdrawal forms and i was told i can do part withdrawal in 2020 June then i decided to cancel the policy with them because i am currently having financial constrains then on the 22 July i sent a cancellation form and on the 25 July i made a follow up and i was told they did not receive my cancellation forms then i resend them same day and confirm on friday that they have recieved the forms and i will get the funds in 48 hours. I called them on Monday and i was told it will be paid on monday late or tuesday and i called again on Wednesday and today again and i am still getting the same answer it will be paid latest today. Up until now i have not recived anyyhing from them. I will never do business with Sanlam and i would never advice anyone to do bussines with them
