Bad service

I have made a claim at safricab insurance company on the 07 may 2017 I was assistanted by barverly with a claim and I was told they the claim will be paid in within the next 48 hours . But even know the money has not shown on my bank account and the funaral is tomorrow we need to pay the undertaker to release the deceased.
