Bad Service

Worst service I resigned on the 8th of Feb 2019 called in on the 8th of April to enquire about my pension payout I don't know how long does the process takes but in my mind 2mnths was a little 2 mu h for me. I don't knw if dis is really a call centre or a private line cuz I keep on lending on the same guy by the name of Lebogang who told me on the 8th April that my payout was going to be done by the end of the week although this didn't sit well with me because ive never seen a date "by the end of this week" ever. I called back on the Thurs the 11th and guess what same guy who told me that he sent me an email which he didn't then told me about SARS clearance not being finalised then asked me for a statement as proof of bank account which kinda ****ed me off since he never asked for that on my 1st phonecall, he then told me payment will be finalised on Tues the 16th Apr I called again yesterday spoke to the same guy who I lost my patience in and instead of giving me a solution he told me I was shouting at him, I used to work for a call centre and this on my side would be an aut zero for service because one I wasn't shouting I told him I was ****ed because from daay he failed to tell me something substantial he just gave me a bunch of stories. If my payment was only wiaiting for clearence why was I never asked for proof of banking from the word go. I completed all my paper work n shbmitted before the 8th Feb but guess what as I'm typing now I'm wonder if I'm going to have to make another phonecall again today because I have received the so called courtesy message to tell me that payment is done nor have I received payment in my account. Its like I'm being borrowed this money the way I'm nagging wasting my airtime calling almost everyday this is so annoying.
