Bad service

I was one of their employees for 6 month and there was no basic only commission and if client cancelled policy they deduct their commission back from what ever you earned next month. Resigned from them because i saw that this was a ******* we use our petrols and airtime to go and arrange appointments with these customers and they dont pay us a cent and if client cancelled after 5 or 6 month they take their commission back they dont even give you the premiums they collected from that customer . Today was called by lawyers saying sanlam handed me over for their commission what the hell. They were also calling me when i left that i must pay back their money and i refused and not working and there was a lady called wanted to know why i resigne told her this and she was shocked that there is people from their company collecting commision from us after we left .
