Bad service
Good day
Please help me I have been struggling with the payout from my previous job and Sanlam was suppose to do the payout for me however it was not done. I have been doing a follow up with them but still nothing, they did a ruling and promised it will only take 8 weeks which it has passed already still nothing. I went to their offices in Midrand however it didn't help at all. Please help me and if Sanlam doesn't respond to it I'll publish it social media for their bad service.
