Bad Service

Sanlam Trust is handling my late wife's Estate and from the start i have had bad service from the person that was allocated to handle the Estate . The lady was very rude to Me when i tried to get some info on the process on how the Estate works . To me this is a very delicate mater .I was expecting some one with good personal relations skills .
