Bad service

They have sign me up for an investment plan without my permission. I have been calling trying to cancel this but all departments are not assisting me. For the first time experiencing this with Sanlam. Since my employer moved to Sanlam everything has been going smooth but now I am doubting them. Maybe they are ****ming people.
