bad service

Probably the baddest ive seen in my life . keep on calling just for them to make another excuse . While calling them they hang up the phone or they just stop talking happened abou t4-5 times if it isnt more . The people dont care if you need the money for the funeral no its not their problem,as long as they deduct their money everything's fine . 24h-48h waiting period what a joke . I stil have 3 policies whit them and im really considering to cancel them because what they doing isnt right ! lookslike they want you to beg for your money .
