BAD SANLAM services
You're dealing with peoples policies. the ladt thing a person needs is an uncooperative system. Your whatsapp channel can't authenticate me, your AI system is worse..i repeat myself so much... Did you even think this through?
'I simply want to update my banking details but this has turned into a journey of chapters as opposed to a less than 5 minute call
