Bad sales customer service

Horrible sales I just had I wanted to sign up for a funeral cover but the sales agent sounded so dismissive and rude when I told him I'd like to read up on what's covered before I sign up. I was at work so I prefer to read up on everything before I sign up but I'm forced to sign up before reading then cancel later if I'm not happy? What nonsense is that? Then I said he must point me to the right direction on their site where I can read up on the cover and he just said "okay mam" and drop the call!! Definitely not signing up anymore...and I also wanted to take the max cover amount but he was leaning more on just 20k cover ...overall that sales call was not good . Do better
