BAD SALES AGENT
I got a call from a lady called Nomathamsanqa who calling from Italk on behalf of Sanlam Indie. The lady didn't have product knowledge of what she was selling. Very rude and impatient in answering the questions I had on the product. Lastly she hanged up on me! I would like action to be taken against such inadequate unprofessional sales agents
