BAD!!!

This is another complaint about bad customer service. The customer service really is bad. The agents lie and make promises they cannot fulfill. They tell you they will get back to you but never do.

I have been trying to cancel a my life insurance policy that I opened in September and it’s now November and it is still not cancelled. It took me 15 minutes to open the policy but it seems impossible to cancel it. I went to a Sanlam branch and I was not helped.

Sanlam has given me a lot of stress. I do not recommend.
