Bad experience ever

I don't even know where to begin as I've never experienced such horrible service in my life ,I logged a claim in June for my grandfather who passed away in May 2024 till today Assupol has been giving my family the run around 396583 that was the reference the last time we went to the branch we were told that they still waiting for a manage to give a go ahead for the claim to be paid and we will be called ,however no response has been given to us mod you this was in July.We in September but still we haven't received any feedback if we call we keep getting the same story, we even given up because clearly we see that we not going to get what is due to us.Is funny how you promote your company as the best insurance in South Africa yet fail to cater for people who actually pay this policies so that they do not get in stress when is time to assist.Ive never been so disappointed in my life to think that we make means to bury my grandfather knowing that he had a policy that he was paying every month so that we do not have to worry when he passes on but funny enough we still fighting the company to pay up till today and is been 3 months since he passed on.I don't know what kind of **** you people are running because clearly people are paying money yet no services will be given to them when the time comes.I wouldn't even recommend Assupol to my worst enemy after what you guys have put us through.
