Bad experience

I have an investment plan with Salam,I made an withdrawal in 2021 I now need the money back but they telling about the 1997 act and that I couldn’t withdraw money more once in 5 years but my problem is that I lost my job and my kids are suffering while I have money,I can’t wait for more then 5 years

I need my money back,am faced with so financial stress and difficulties right now but am being sent pillar to post with the money I invested that I got as an inheritance from my mom who passed away last year and now we about lose everything because they couldn’t help us with the cancellation of the plan ,am young I didn’t know that investing would come with so much stress when I really needed the money??what is left to do is for me to kill myself so that my kids can excess the money,I don’t know what else to do!!!

I hope you agree with that this is unacceptable under any circumstances,I trust you will deal with this matter in a top urgent care,I can’t watch my kids suffer like this while I have money you withholding me from!!!Do I need to die for my kids to receive the help we need??I also trust that you will take necessary precautions To prevent such necessary Incidents in the future

What do you mean about the working of the policy and legislation aspect??so there’s nothing they have helped me with but withhold my money!!!Am in desperate need of this money,my kid’s are suffering
We are suffering,if anything happens to me Sanlam please give my kids my money am so tired of fighting with such a big company but yet can’t help me,Sanlam has failed me and kid’s,I don’t work or have any source of income!!!I tried guy’s I really tried the only way out is for me to die!!!

My youngster child had stopped going to creach because of the difficulties am facing Financially and now what must happen to my oldest child??sanlam doesn’t care about us at all

I was never told anything about the legislation,nothing at all
Why was not told this before now we must suffer while we have money!!!This is just ****,we must losing everything and become homeless just because you don’t want to help us
