Bad experience

I had a very bad experience with their consultants where they failed to assist me regarding my refund instead they hang up on me. They're so quick to debit my account yet it is so hard for them to refund me as they debited my account after they made it clear that after I cancel my investment they won't debit my account anymore. Now they taking me from pillar to post. Spoke to Ndivhuwo and Xolani I forgot the other lady I spoke to.
