Bad dissappoiting service

Hi I'm very disappointed with the service from Assupol. they just debit my account as they like and whenever it suits them whilst I signed and agreed with them the exact date to debit. this has been going on forever. from such a huge insurance company that doesn't adhere to the agreement that's on paper it disappointing. this is bad service
