BAD DEAL

My name is Rehanna Abdool Govender. I have Life insurance with Assupol Lise since June 2008. I should have read the small writing but i trusted the company and the broker. I just found out that. there is a 6% increase on my premium but 0% increase on my life cover. so my premium keeps going up but my cover will stay the same till i die or whatever. and I phoned Assupol and enquired if my policy has any loan or surrender, or any such values. I was told no it does not. I said but I am not happy that my cover is the same and my premium goes up, so if I cancel do I get anything back. so that I can take another cover. i was told no I do not get anything. Not a cent back. I called the broker Sabelo Makoba who promised to look into it and come back to me. he is not answering my calls. I am very disappointed. I have paid for 11 years, with a 6% increase. am still paying. why increase my premiums if the cover stays the same? its a *******. how many people are they doing this to?
