Bad customer service/****
Never ever again i make same mistake by joining assupol NEVER...what they are good at is marketing then customer service dololo. Last month i cancelled my policy and they deducted after cancelation and i called their customer service for almost a week to get help,spoke with goitsione pila who promise to help.And requested that i send her proof of deduction and cetified id copy wich i did but never came back to me and im still waiting for refund. Policy number:AL***

We have requested a refund of the premium that deducted after the cancellation of the policy. The cancellation was unfortunately not in time for cut-off at your pay office to prevent a last deduction from being made. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been paid.
