BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT GETTING PAYOUTS, NOT GETTING YOUR REFUNDS WHEN YOU HAVE TO
I had policies that i had cancelled in June and they still deducted in July for those policies when i asked for a refund i was told to email the required documents which i did and TWO TIMES. I still haven’t gotten my refund but when they want us to open policies with them they sweet talk us, DO NOT OPEN A POLICY WITH THEM YOUR CHILDREN WILL SUFFER WHEN THEY HAVE TO GET THEIR PAYOUTS. I WANT MY REFUND!! OR ELSE I AM TAKING THIS TO MY LAWYERS.
