BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have a problem with Assupol, a month ago i joined their life insurance policy. Then later i experienced a financial crisis, so i emailed them to cancel the policy since i am having a financial problem. They ignored my emails and proceeded to deduct money on my salary. ASSUPOL REFUND MY MONEY TODAY

05 Aug 2025, 10:11The Aug deduction can only be refunded at the end of Aug, if we receive it from your pay office. We will diarize it accordingly. Alternatively, you can contact your pay office to enquiry if they can stop that deduction.
